From building it to running it, we stay with you all the way

Integrated design, construction, hosting and operations for server rooms and data centers of mid-to-large enterprises. We cover the full data center lifecycle, from site assessment through to cooling, power distribution and cabling delivery.

Data center server room and racks

A data center is the physical foundation of a company's digital business. Baimo delivers full-lifecycle services from planning and consulting through design and construction to hosted operations. We are not tied to a single vendor: plans are made holistically around your business requirements and technical environment, so every subsystem dovetails in performance, compatibility and management interface. After handover we provide continuous operations support, including remote monitoring, on-site inspection and emergency response.

Room planning & construction

Data center room planning and construction
Tier III/IV rooms: power, cooling, fire suppression and environmental monitoring planned as one

Data center room planning and construction starts with site assessment, weighing floor loading, ceiling height, power capacity, network access and natural disaster risk. The design stage covers the full scope: power distribution (UPS plus diesel generators), precision air conditioning and cooling, gas fire suppression, environmental monitoring and structured cabling.

We deliver to Tier III/IV standards to keep critical loads continuously available. Projects run under strict project management with weekly progress reporting — issues do not sit overnight.

  • Site assessment and feasibility study
  • Tier III/IV power distribution design
  • Redundant UPS + diesel generator design
  • Precision cooling and hot/cold aisle containment
  • Gas fire suppression systems
  • Environmental monitoring and alarm integration

Server & storage systems

Server and storage systems
x86/ARM servers with SAN/NAS/distributed storage under one management platform

Based on x86/ARM servers from mainstream vendors, we provide compute capacity planning, storage architecture design (SAN/NAS/distributed) and virtualisation platform deployment. Not tied to one vendor, we select the hardware combination that best matches the workload profile.

Storage options cover high-performance block storage (databases and transaction systems), high-capacity file storage (unstructured data and archives) and hybrid storage (virtualisation and cloud desktops), with a unified management platform for allocation and migration across storage pools.

  • x86/ARM server selection and deployment
  • SAN / NAS / distributed storage
  • Virtualisation platforms (VMware / Huawei)
  • Hyper-converged infrastructure (HCI)
  • Unified storage management and resource allocation
  • Capacity planning and expansion roadmap

Network architecture & security

Network architecture and security
Three-tier architecture + SDN/NSX + SD-WAN multi-site interconnect

Data center network design and implementation covering the core, aggregation and access layers. It supports campus, data center and WAN interconnect scenarios, with SDN/NSX for flexible software-defined scheduling.

The security architecture integrates firewalls, intrusion detection, endpoint security and security auditing into defence in depth. Multiple data centers are linked over SD-WAN with intelligent path selection and encrypted transport.

  • Three-tier network architecture design
  • SDN / NSX software-defined networking
  • SD-WAN multi-site data center interconnect
  • Firewall + IDS defence in depth
  • Endpoint security and admission control
  • Security auditing and compliance reporting

Hosted operations & disaster recovery

Hosted operations and disaster recovery
7×24 hosted operations; local HA / metro active-active / remote DR

7×24 hosted operations covering remote monitoring, on-site inspection and emergency response. The environmental monitoring system collects temperature, humidity, power, cooling and access control data in real time, raising alarms and operations tickets automatically when something is off.

Disaster recovery design covers three tiers — local high availability, metro active-active and remote DR — and we choose the right tier for each application system's RTO/RPO requirements. Drills run on a regular schedule so the failover plan stays executable.

  • 7×24 remote monitoring and on-site inspection
  • Environmental data collection and anomaly alerting
  • Emergency response and troubleshooting
  • Local HA / metro active-active / remote DR
  • Regular DR drills and plan validation
  • Capacity planning and expansion advice
